Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Prices: Items which are not currently available, will display a BLANK SPACE in place of the price. We reserve the right to change prices at any time as new stock is recieved and the online price will be updated on a regular basis.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK your credit card company will convert the transaction to the currency of the country of origin at the rate applicable at the time of the transaction.
Shipping And Handling
It is our intention to pack and ship all orders as soon as possible after receipt. Small orders are normally packed and shipped within 1 to 2 days and larger orders within 3 to 4 days.
Delivery Schedule
UK _ Normal mail, next day delivery can be specified if required.
Europe - Airmail or by a specified carrier for larger packages.
US/Australia/New Zealand and others - Airmail or by specified carrier.
Back Orders
Items displaying a BLANK SPACE in the prices section are currently not available, other individual items may be tenmporarily out of stock and when ordered will be placed on back order and the customer notified on the invoice. The items will then be shipped as soon as they are available.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
